My foundation is TEAM-CBT, an evidence-based approach I'm certified in at the highest level (Level 3 Advanced) through the Feeling Good Institute, and I train regularly with the Beck Institute. It gives our work real structure and proven tools. But symptoms usually rest on something older, and that's where the deeper work happens. I work most with anxiety, perfectionism, conditional self-worth, and the depletion that hides underneath a successful life.

Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas with nearly 10 years of experience working with diverse populations in various settings. My background in psychology and social work has allowed me to work in private practices, nonprofit organizations, K-12 schools, and government welfare agencies. I have provided mental health counseling to adolescents, teens, young adults, and seniors.

I focus on collaborating with adolescents and adults working to cope with the anxiety and stress that come with neurodivergence, family/life transitions, trauma, and shame. My training is grounded in using evidence-based practices that center on balancing the many internal factors that impact our mental health- including ACT, DBT, and CBT, as well as the use of strengths-based interventions.
