Hi! I am Jaclyn. I have an extensive history working with individuals of all ages, functioning levels, and settings. I received my bachelor’s degree from Monmouth University where I studied Psychology. I then received my Master’s degree from Chestnut Hill College where I studied Clinical and Counseling Psychology. Since my undergraduate I have worked alongside my clients to address past traumas and symptoms of unresolved experiences.
I'm not that stoic, serious therapist you've traditionally seen portrayed in movies. I smile, I laugh, I frown, I may even gasp (insert gasp!).

I’m a licensed professional counselor offering Telehealth video services for clients in Pennsylvania. The most important part of therapy is the relationship between you and your therapist. You deserve to have a safe space for you to work through your difficulties and emotions and to feel comfortable with the provider you are working with.
I fully believe that us working together to address your difficulties is the best approach and that humor also has a healthy place in therapy. I offer a free 15 minute consultation to see if we could be the right therapeutic fit for you.
Hello, I’m Regina, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with over 20 years of nursing experience caring for individuals and families across diverse backgrounds and stages of life. My nursing career has allowed me to support patients through some of their most vulnerable moments, including years working in hospice and end-of-life care, emergency medicine, addictions, and mental health. These experiences have shaped my compassionate, holistic approach to psychiatric care.
I specialize in helping individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, life transitions, grief and loss, ADHD, and addiction concerns, including alcohol use, substance use, and gambling. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, valued, and actively involved in your care.
At Grace Psychiatry & Wellness, I believe mental health treatment should be personalized and collaborative. Together, we will explore your concerns, develop an evidence-based treatment plan, and work toward improving your overall wellness and quality of life.
I hold a Master’s in Clinical Counseling and have spent 20+ years in social services supporting people with autism, IDD, trauma, and mood challenges. My work is grounded, affirming, and shaped by real-world experience with diverse, often underserved communities.
