I have worked with individuals, for the past 10+ years, from all different walks of life and facing different experiences including depression, anxiety, addiction, mood disorders, trauma, stress management and more.
I have been trained in expressive arts therapy and is a certified gestalt therapist. I utilizes the arts according to each person’s abilities to imagine and develop body awareness. My eclectic approach suits people who seek to find themselves in mental health. As a blind Japanese immigrant, I work especially well with differently-abled people and Pan Asians.

I earned my Master's at Stony Brook School of Social Welfare. I have been practicing for the last 4 years and have learned a lot about the human experience. I genuinely enjoy participating in the therapeutic process and healing journey of my clients.

I received my Master’s degree at the Columbia University School of Social Work, and am currently pursuing advanced post graduate training in psychoanalysis, at The Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy.
Let me share some information about myself. I am a graduate from Brooklyn College for my BA degree and I attended NYU for my masters degree in social work. I have worked in different setting over the years and really enjoy working with all different age groups. I enjoy families, couples and individuals. I enjoy seeing the progress my clients make once they start to see their own patterns and what they feel they should change.
