After being immersed in straight-cis Christian culture for years, I finally came to terms with my own queerness and now enjoy helping my clients enjoy the peace of authentic living. I work with both straight and queer clients, couples or individuals. Regardless of how you identify, I want to help you get un-stuck so you can thrive in all areas of your life.
I work with teens, adults, and older adults who are dealing with trauma, substance use, anxiety, depression, and the hard work of trying to move forward when life feels off track. Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed by cravings, guilt, shame, relationship strain, or old patterns they are ready to break. Sometimes sobriety is just the beginning, and the deeper work is learning how to rebuild trust, manage emotions, and put life back together in a healthier way.
You may feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you - carrying anxiety, stress, or the weight of past experiences while trying to manage relationships, family dynamics, or major life transitions. It can be exhausting to keep pushing forward without clarity or relief, especially when things feel overwhelming or difficult to untangle on your own. You don’t have to navigate this alone. I offer a supportive space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin making sense of what you’re going through.
If you are struggling with anxiety or dealing with a major change in your life, I can help. You have choices when it comes to your career, relationships, and family. I will speak with you openly about your feelings and help you to gain new perspectives and solutions. I work closely with men and women facing many situations, including how to deal with a complicated relationship, family and work problems, or the loss of loved ones. My approach to healing combines traditional therapies with holistic approaches, while drawing on the individual’s spiritual practices and developing new coping strategies Now accepting new clients in New York and Texas!
I have experience working in inpatient hospitals, outpatient programs, and individual private practice. I've had the honor to work with individuals of all ages, but my current areas of focus are girls ages 7+, women, and individuals 55+. Together we can address things such as Depression, Anxiety, Grief and Loss, Creating Healthy Relationships, Life Transitions, and Cognitive Decline.
I’m Christina Reyes, LPC, and I provide a warm, collaborative, and evidence-based approach to therapy. I specialize in:
Feeling stuck in anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges? Struggling with mood swings, emotional regulation, or past trauma? I help teens and adults build coping strategies, emotional clarity, and healthier connections with themselves and others.
I believe therapy should feel like a conversation, not an interrogation. My role isn’t to tell you what to do—it’s to walk alongside you, helping you better understand yourself, work through life’s challenges, and build the confidence and skills to move forward. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, and strengths-based techniques, but I also believe the most important part of therapy is the relationship we build together.
Every person is different, so I tailor therapy to meet your unique needs. With younger children, that may look like play-based therapy. With teens and adults, it often feels like a comfortable conversation where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. My goal is for every client to leave feeling heard, supported, and equipped with practical tools they can use in everyday life.
Hey there! My name is Zach Meyer, and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. At my heart, I'm passionate about serving others, and that is exactly why I'm here. I believe that intentional, trusting relationships are foundational in our growth and healing. For nearly five years, I've had the privilege of partnering with adolescents and their families to build those relationships that foster growth and healing while navigating challenges with anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, and life transitions.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a proud first-generation graduate, earning my bachelor’s degree from Texas State University and my master’s degree from The University of Texas at San Antonio. I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of my clients, often incorporating creative modalities such as humor, play, and art-based techniques to foster engagement and self-expression. I am comfortable providing services in both English and Spanish to promote accessibility and inclusivity. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space that encourages healing, growth, and resilience.
