I believe that healthy relationships are at the heart of emotional well-being and personal growth. Seeking support takes courage, and I am honored to partner with clients as they navigate life's challenges and strengthen their connections with themselves and others.
As a counselor educator, researcher, and relationship specialist, my work focuses on helping individuals and couples build stronger, more fulfilling relationships, improve communication, and create lasting positive change. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices that support healing, resilience, and relational wellness.
I help people build better relationships with God, self and others. I have a Masters Degree in Professional Counseling. I have over 30 years experience in the field. I have been licensed for 12 years. I have worked with ages 4 - 104. My specialty areas are Christian Counseling, relationship counseling, self-esteem, anxiety, mild depression, adjustment to life challenges, grief/loss, marital, pre-marital, communication and parenting. I have been married with children for 37 plus years.
I provide counseling for women struggling with disordered eating, obsessive compulsive disorder, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and more. I am a Certified Eating Disorders Specialist (CEDS) through IAEDP and an Eating Disorders Informed Professional through ERC. I have completed specialized OCD training through Harvard Medical School and am a Clinical Trauma Professional. I will integrate Christian faith into sessions at the client’s request.
Ever feel like your brain just won't cooperate? You know what you need to do, but you can't make yourself do it. You lose things, forget things, start projects you never finish — and you've probably been told to just try harder.
That gets old.
I'm Rodney. I'm a board-certified PMHNP and I work exclusively with adults who think they might have ADHD — or who already know they do and need a provider who actually gets it. ADHD is all I do, which means I'm not guessing.
I'll be straight with you: I talk to my patients like people, not cases. I want to know what your life actually looks like — your job, your relationships, what's driving you crazy — because that's how we figure out what's going to help.
I'm a veteran, and if that's part of your story too, you'll feel that in how I communicate. Direct, no fluff, no runaround.
I see adults across all of North Carolina via telehealth, seven days a week. If this sounds like what you've been looking for, just reach out.
Hello! I’m Sherabiah, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey towards mental wellness. I am passionate about providing support to my clients and helping them to build resilience as they navigate challenges in life.
I’m the kind of therapist who sees past “I’m fine” and hears what you’re not saying. I work with women who are used to being the strong one, carrying it all, taking care of everyone else yet inside, you’re tired, anxious, or feeling disconnected from yourself. In our sessions, you don’t have to perform or hold it all together. You get to show up as you are, be honest about what’s weighing on you, and start doing the work to heal at the root. Expect real talk, genuine support, and tools you can actually use in real life.
I’m a licensed clinical social worker in NC, SC, FL, and NJ holding a Master of Social Work. I’ve worked in hospitals, schools, confinement settings and community mental health, and those experiences taught me how complex, layered, and personal healing can be. I specialize in helping women navigate anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, and people-pleasing, using a warm, direct, and culturally responsive approach. I also facilitate group therapy and provide clinical supervision for associate-level clinicians who want to grow with confidence and authenticity.
