I have been practicing as a Social Worker for over 38 years. I have a lot of experience in the areas of behavioral health services which includes a host of treatment focus areas and chemical dependency. I am energetic and enthusiastic about my work with clients. I am currently accepting new clients at this time. I like to incorporate in my work with clients self expression and self exploration. Outside of my work I love to engage in dance therapy, exercise for fitness, reading and sewing.

My professional background includes work in college counseling centers, community mental health, domestic violence and trauma-informed settings, multicultural behavioral health clinics, and private practice. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, working with adults who are struggling with anxiety or depression, as well as relationship challenges. I enjoy helping individuals or couples improve their communication and connection with their partner, parent or child.
I’ve always been drawn to helping others and knew early on that I wanted to become a therapist. I enjoy listening and feel inspired by people who are motivated to grow and improve their lives. My experience includes case management, leading groups in an inpatient mental health setting, and several years providing one-on-one therapy in both school and clinical settings. These roles have given me a broad perspective on the challenges people face. My true passion is working one-on-one with individuals, supporting their growth and helping them create meaningful and lasting change. I’ve trained in CBT, DBT, EMDR, somatic approaches, and work related to relationships and parenting.
