I am a Mental Health Counselor, licensed in NY, MA, NJ, NH, RI, KS, UT, WI, IN, AR, and OR, with over 20 years experience in the counseling field. I have had experience assisting clients with a wide range of concerns, such as, parenting issues, family/personal relationships, grief/loss, depression, anxiety, and anger management.
Over the years, I have worked with folks of all ages and from all walks of life. What they all have in common is the desire to feel connected to others and feel that life is enriching, not depleting. If you are feeling depleted, for any number of reasons, I am here to support you and help you find what you need to be connected and enriched.

I have been a SW for 29 years. I received my bachelors of social work from Southern University and A&M College and my masters of social work from Southern at New Orleans. As a SW, at DCFS/CW, I have served as in Investigations, Foster Care, Family Service, Adoption, and as a Child Welfare Supervisor, CW Trainer, and a CW Manager. PRN work included working in MH/SA, hospitals, hospice and school SW. I am a TBRI Pract. & adoption competent. I help people who seek help! I retired from DCFS on 01/21/2026. Dr. Gross graduated from Albert Einstein College of Medicine and completed an internship in pediatrics at Montefiore Medical Center. During this time, a rotation with the child psychiatry consultation-liaison team solidified his interest in psychiatry, particularly the intersection of medical care, family dynamics, and the social contexts that shape patients’ mental health. He completed his general psychiatry residency at the University of Miami, followed by a child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Johns Hopkins Hospital.
I’m a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) prepared Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who earned my doctorate from Elms College. I have over 10 years of experience in mental health care and nearly 19 years in the nursing field. Throughout my career, I have worked in inpatient, outpatient and community settings. I have experience supporting an treating a wide range of individuals, from young adults to older adults and geriatric patients.
My work centers on women’s wellness, with a focus on supporting women navigating ADHD, ASD, chronic stress, anxiety, nervous system dysregulation, and life transitions. Through working with a diverse range of clients, I’ve found that many women move through life feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, and stuck in survival mode.
