I personally know what it is like to struggle with anxiety and despair. I also know what it is like to go to therapy and to get little benefit from it. Many years ago, my emotional life changed dramatically when I stumbled onto resources that addressed my actual needs, and subsequently I devoted myself to a career promoting better mental health practices than I was taught when I was young.
Simply put, I teach people six interrelated psychological skills that you can use to transform your life. If all you want to do is explore the past, I'm not your best option - I focus on the past only enough to get us moving toward the future you want. I love to help people develop psychological superpowers that they can use to get the life they always hoped for, starting from where they are now and moving forward into a future they find worthwhile.
I am a board-certified clinical health psychologist with extensive experience helping individuals navigate stress, anxiety, depression, health concerns, and life transitions. My goal is to create a comfortable, nonjudgemental space where you feel heard and respected. Together, we'll work on practical strategies to help you copy more effectively, feel more balanced, and move toward meaningful, lasting change
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a background working with children, families and people impacted by childhood, relational and systemic trauma. I believe the work that I get to do as a therapist is a calling from God (a path that I initially resisted, lol). I hope to offer you a safe holding space to unpack (in no particular order) the heavy and hard things that burden you; to help you manage the tension between the good and hard life that you have been given.
My name is Corey Tolliver, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have worked with various populations and have a diverse background including people with trauma, crisis, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship problems, and fatherhood.
Hi, I’m Sarah, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work with adolescents and adults who feel overwhelmed by complex trauma, big emotions, and the lasting impact of growing up in environments that didn’t always feel safe or supportive. If your brain tends to overthink everything, your nervous system is always on high alert (or totally shut down), or you find yourself stuck in people-pleasing or perfectionism — you’re in the right place.
