I’m a licensed mental health counselor with a Master’s from Suffolk University, with a background in community health-based services. I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of mental health challenges, from depression and anxiety to more complex disorders like PTSD and bipolar disorder. I enjoy working with clients of all ages, but I particularly focus on adults and adolescents.
I’m a licensed clinical neuropsychologist and Certified Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS) who provides warm, collaborative, and evidence-based care for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, cognitive concerns, neurological conditions, and life stressors. My approach blends empathy with structure, helping clients better understand both their emotional experiences and the brain-based patterns that may be contributing to them.
I specialize in working with individuals experiencing difficulties related to attention, memory, executive functioning, brain injury, stroke, chronic stress, and adjustment to medical or neurological conditions. I also provide cognitive rehabilitation and neuropsychological evaluations.
Clients often describe my style as calm, supportive, direct, and easy to talk to. I focus on creating a space where you feel genuinely heard while also providing practical tools, psychoeducation, and clear guidance to help therapy feel meaningful and productive. My goal is to help you gain clarity, reduce distress, strengthen coping skills, and feel more confident navigating daily life.
Hi and welcome! We all struggle with the human condition from time to time. As your therapist, I’m here to meet you with genuine connection - to truly see and hear you. It's only in a safe, supportive space that we can truly unpack the thoughts, feelings, and patterns that shape our lives - and create lasting, intentional change. I offer a unique blend of motivational coaching and in-depth therapy. Together, we’ll take a holistic look at your unique humanness - your strengths, struggles, values and patterns - while working toward practical, goal-oriented solutions that help you reduce emotional suffering and move forward in your life, relationships, and career.
Hello and welcome! I'm Dr. Julie Vinci "Doc".
I believe that commitment to therapy reveals courage, vulnerability, and strength. I use an integrated collaborative approach to helping you navigate challenges in your life.
Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, OCD, behavioral challenges, or illness affect you or your child. You don't have to face these challenges alone. As a licensed psychologist with more than 20 years of experience, I have helped children, adolescents, and adults develop practical skills, overcome obstacles, and move toward more meaningful, fulfilling lives.
I believe therapy is the most successful when a relationship is formed between me and the client. Therefore, in addition to helping you cope with your mental health, I also try to focus on the relationship and what comes up in session live time.
I believe that you are the leading expert on your own life. My role is not to diagnose you from a distance or tell you how to live, but to walk alongside you as a collaborator. I am committed to providing a space defined by total transparency and zero judgment.
In this room, you are safe to be your most authentic self. I will listen deeply to your experiences and reflect what I hear, helping you clear the path toward the goals and growth you define as important. We are in this together, and you will always set the pace."
Hi there! My name is Alessandra. I obtained a master of arts in art therapy and counseling in CT in 2021. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel safe, understood, and accepted just as you are. My approach is client-centered, meaning I tailor each session to your unique needs and goals. As a nontraditional art therapist, I incorporate creative interventions when they feel helpful, while also using talk therapy—there's no expectation that you have to make art to benefit from our work together.
I specialize in working with children and individuals who have experienced trauma, but I welcome clients of all ages and backgrounds. I believe healing doesn't always have to be serious; therapy can include laughter, creativity, and moments of joy alongside processing life's challenges. Sometimes, what we need most is simply a safe space to share our inner world.
You'll also meet my two therapy dogs, who typically spend sessions napping nearby. Their calm presence has brought comfort to many clients and helps create a welcoming, relaxed environment.
