I was born and raised in the Bay Area and have spent more than six years working as a therapist and medical social worker in a variety of settings, including healthcare systems, schools, and community-based programs. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with individuals across the lifespan, which has given me a broad understanding of the unique challenges people face at different stages of life.

I specialize in working with high-achievers, highly-sensitive/empath people, influences and content creators who are balancing career, relationships, and personal wellbeing. Many of my clients come to me exhausted from burnout or carrying deep relationship wounds—whether from breakups, divorce, or ongoing relationship struggles. These experiences can leave you questioning your self-worth and identity.
Life can feel heavy sometimes—uncertain, overwhelming, and out of balance in ways that are hard to put into words. If you’ve been carrying a lot on your own, it makes sense that reaching out for support might feel difficult, even vulnerable.
