I truly believe we are all connected in some way. Systemically, there are many ways to improve the way we relate to our own self, and with others. My philosophy is when I improve, everyone else around me improves. My own experiences have informed the way I approach problems and seek solutions, with the goal of being happier and performing better. Throughout my life, I’ve been in the service of others. I am a US Army Veteran and have many years experience training/development of others.
Hello...thank you for visiting. I am a graduate of Pepperdine University's Masters in Clinical Psychology program with an MFT emphasis, and did my undergraduate studies at the University of California - Santa Barbara. I am also a member of the Psi Chi International Honors Society in Psychology, am trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and have experience working with a range of therapeutic approaches, including Attachment Theory, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems, Positive Psychology, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and Mindfulness models.
My path into psychiatry is both professional and personal. I moved to the U.S. alone at 17 while navigating complex PTSD and periods of misdiagnosis, which shaped how I understand mental health today. I began with a bachelor’s degree in psychology at Nankai University, then trained as a nurse and nurse practitioner at Charles R. Drew University and Purdue University.
Over the past 7 years, I’ve worked across medical and mental health settings, developing an approach that balances clinical precision with individualized care. I specialize in anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and complex PTSD, particularly for individuals who feel stuck or haven’t found relief in traditional treatment.
I’m licensed in California, Virginia, New York, Washington, and Oregon, and provide care via telehealth.
Hi, I’m Jordan D. Le Blanc, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I believe that small, consistent adjustments can lead to meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to help clients reframe experiences of pain or struggle into opportunities for personal and intergenerational healing. I bring a calm, steady presence and create a space where you can slow down, gain perspective, and begin to reconnect with yourself and others in healthier ways.
With over 10 years of experience working with youth and families in the mental health field, I specialize in supporting teens and young adults as they navigate anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I also bring a unique understanding of the pressures and experiences of student-athletes. I recognize the mental and emotional demands that come with striving for success—both on and off the field. Whether you're navigating performance anxiety, identity beyond sport, injury recovery, or balancing academics and athletics, I’m here to support your full journey, not just your performance.
