A Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner provides mental health services for patients from adolescence through adulthood (12-65+). Leona went to Widener University for Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing, Walden University for Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner, and Wilkes University for Post-Masters Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
I bring both professional expertise and genuine empathy to my work. Having navigated my own experiences with immigration, career changes and motherhood, I understand how destabilizing major life transitions can be. Those experiences shape how I show up for patients. I believe people do best when they feel truly seen, heard, and supported. My approach is integrative and individualized, grounded in evidence based care while also guided by curiosity, compassion, and a deep respect for each person’s unique story and capacity for growth.
My focus is on psychiatric medication management, including diagnosis and ongoing care for conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and related concerns. I do not provide weekly or primary psychotherapy, and may not be the best fit if you are seeking therapy-only services. If you are looking for ongoing talk therapy, I encourage you to select a licensed therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD) whose profile and approach best meet your needs.
Notice for New Jersey Clients: Due to current New Jersey law, stimulant medications cannot be prescribed without an in-person assessment. Because my practice is exclusively online, I am unable to prescribe these medications. I am, however, happy to help you explore non-controlled medication options for ADHD and other supportive strategies.
Please also note: I do not offer medical marijuana evaluations or cards.
A peaceful place to be heard, understood, and restored. Rooted in wisdom. Guided by compassion.
I’m a double board-certified Nurse Practitioner providing thoughtful, evidence-based mental health care that integrates both medical and therapeutic approaches. I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice from Temple University in 2019, with a focus in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care, and later completed a post-master’s certification in Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing in 2024.
My clinical background spans the full continuum of care across the lifespan. I have worked extensively with military service members and veterans, gaining a deep understanding of trauma, resilience, and the complexities of balancing mental health with identity, work, and relationships. I also have experience in inpatient child and adolescent psychiatry, where I supported youth and families through acute mental health needs. In addition, I serve as the primary psychiatric provider for a large assisted living community, caring for nearly 450 geriatric residents across multiple levels of support. These experiences allow me to approach care with a broad, nuanced perspective across all stages of life.
Hello, I’m Regina, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with over 20 years of nursing experience caring for individuals and families across diverse backgrounds and stages of life. My nursing career has allowed me to support patients through some of their most vulnerable moments, including years working in hospice and end-of-life care, emergency medicine, addictions, and mental health. These experiences have shaped my compassionate, holistic approach to psychiatric care.
I specialize in helping individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, life transitions, grief and loss, ADHD, and addiction concerns, including alcohol use, substance use, and gambling. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, valued, and actively involved in your care.
At Grace Psychiatry & Wellness, I believe mental health treatment should be personalized and collaborative. Together, we will explore your concerns, develop an evidence-based treatment plan, and work toward improving your overall wellness and quality of life.

Hi, I’m Sarné (Shar-nay), a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of nursing and psychiatric experience. I believe mental health care should feel supportive, comfortable, and free of judgment. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, stress, and life transitions.
As a professional, mom, and caregiver myself, I understand how overwhelming life can become, and I’m passionate about helping people feel more balanced, hopeful, and like themselves again.
I am committed to lifelong learning and providing care grounded in the latest evidence. I am currently completing advanced training to become a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP) through the Nutritional and Integrative Medicine for Mental Health Professionals program. This training expands my knowledge of nutrition, sleep, physical activity, stress management, and other evidence-informed lifestyle approaches that may complement traditional psychiatric treatment when appropriate. These strategies are integrated thoughtfully and are never intended to replace proven psychiatric care.
